If you’re studying for the bar exam, you know you need to be writing practice essays, right? Unfortunately, this is easier said than done for most students! If we hear one thing consistently from people who fail the bar, it’s this:
“I knew I needed to practice more consistently, but I just couldn’t make myself do it! It’s really hard to sit down and write under timed conditions every week. I always felt like I had more law to learn before I could start practicing.”
Here’s a Solution
We hear you, and we know it’s hard to write regularly on your own. (Especially when you’re shaky on the relevant law or just overwhelmed by how much you need to know.)
That’s why we’ve developed the Writing of the Week (WOW) Bar Essay Workshops. They’re designed to create weekly accountability — to ensure you’re practicing consistently — and to give you just enough legal knowledge to enable you to write the assigned essays or performance tests. There’s a built-in timing component — to keep you honest — and a wrap-up discussion afterwards to help you evaluate your own work.
With WOW, know you’ll write at least one hour of practice essays a week for the eight weeks leading up to the bar exam (and, hopefully, you’ll be inspired to write a lot more on your own).
